Infant Ibuprofen Recalled by New Jersey Company

A recall has been issued by Tris Pharma, Inc. for infant ibuprofen sold at CVS, Walmart and Family Dollar. The South-Brunswick company said the bottles could contain higher concentrations of ibuprofen than indicated. 

So far no illnesses have been reported. Here are the recalled lots:

· From Walmart: Equate: Infants’ Ibuprofen Concentrated Oral Suspension with lot numbers 00717009A, 00717015A, 00717024A with expiration dates of 2/19 and 4/19.

· From CVS: Infants' Ibuprofen Concentrated Oral Suspension with lot number 00717024A and expiration date 8/19.

· From Family Dollar: Family Wellness Infants' Ibuprofen Concentrated Oral Suspension with lot number 00717024A and expiration date 8/19.
