A former Crystal Springs hotel worker is suing the resort, alleging that her former supervisor sexually harassed her and it caused her to resign. The lawsuit, filed by Jeanne Lazier, also accuses the resort's management of discriminating against her by demoting her from housekeeping director and making Alberto Osorio her supervisor.

The lawsuit, which seeks an unspecified amount of damages, alleges that Osorio would repeatedly tell graphic sexual stories and make sexual comments to and near Lazier. She reportedly informed the then-director of human resources and after a few weeks she received a letter that said "an independent investigation" cleared Osorio of any wrongdoing.

According to the New Jersey Herald, due to the way Lazier was treated "she suffered physical illness and was forced to go on disability and receive therapy for emotional and post-traumatic stress."

Lazier is currently the housekeeping director at Mountain Creek's Appalachian hotel.
