A Sparta Township man has been charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop. James Sokoloski was pulled over for speeding 33mph in a 25mph zone on the night of Wednesday, December 12.
When the police officer approached the car he reportedly detected the smell of marijuana. When asked, the 23-year-old admitted to having marijuana and paraphernalia in the car. During a search of the car, the officer found a ziplock bag containing marijuana, three pipes, E-cigarette cartridges that contained THC oil, and a grinder.
