The treasurer of the Wallkill Valley Youth Football and Cheerleading program has been charged with third-degree theft after allegedly stealing a total of $15,353.60 from the group. According to the New Jersey Herald , Franklin resident Justine Lynn was arrested on January 30 after two members of the organization's board of directors reported several unauthorized transactions made to the program's accounts.
The 41-year-old was reportedly the only person that had access to the group's debit card and checkbook and admitted to using the funds for "her own personal bills and credit accounts."
