New Jersey's five Catholic dioceses have begun releasing the names of priests who have been accused of sexually abusing children. According to NorthJersey.com, publishing the names is part of "an effort to do what is right and just" and the list was put together after a review of records that dated back to 1940.
So far only Cardinal Joseph Tobin, the Newark archbishop, has released a list but the other dioceses, (Paterson, Metuchen, Trenton and Camden) are expected to release their lists today too.
See the list on NorthJersey.com. It will be updated as more names are released.
