A former Picatinny Arsenal division director and former civilian employee have been charged in connection to a wire fraud scheme, according to Patch.com. Between 2010 and 2018 Robert Dombroski, of Branchville, and Indra Nayee, of Metuchen, allegedly conspired to receive gifts in exchange for contracts.
The gifts, valued between $150,000 and $250,000, reportedly included Apple products, luxury handbags, Beats headphones, and tickets to a luxury sky box at professional sporting events.
The two are charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and Dombroski is facing additional charges of making false statements.
