Franklin Officer Bitten and Bruised by Drunk Woman at Irish Cottage

A Franklin police officer was bitten and bruised by a drunk resident at the Irish Cottage on Thursday night, February 14. According to the New Jersey Herald, Jordana Cappiello was allegedly arguing with her mother when officers tried to intervene she started acting disorderly and resisted arrest.

This is reportedly when the 26-year-old, who claimed she has ties to the Latin Kings, bit Officer Nicholas Della Fera. He was treated at Newton Medical Center for an injury to his shoulder.

Cappiello is now facing charges that include aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
