Frankford Man's Trial Pushed Back After Second Child Comes Forward

A Frankford man's criminal trial has been pushed back after a second child came forward in December. According to the New Jersey Herald, the child said they were sexually assaulted by Floyd Bross between September 30, 2016 and October 1, 2016 and two additional charges were filed against the 73-year-old.

Bross was initially arrested in October of 2016 after allegedly committing sexual acts on a child under the age of 13 between June 2006 and August 2014. He's now facing five charges and up to 40 years in prison if convicted.

His next court appearance is set for March 11.
