A Franklin officer who was suspended without pay in January has filed a lawsuit to be put back on the payroll, pending the results of a disciplinary hearing. According to the New Jersey Herald, Jeffrey Snyder's suit was filed against Franklin borough, the borough police department and Police Chief Gregory Cugliari.
