Green Hills School Superintendent Resigns

The Green Hills School Superintendent who was placed on paid administrative leave in December for personal reasons has resigned, effective May 31. According to the New Jersey Herald, The Board of Education approved a settlement agreement and release with John Nittolo on February 14.

Board of Education President Marie Bilik would not disclose details of the settlement but told the New Jersey Herald that Nittolo "did wonderful things for our district and was a creative leader."

In Nittolo's absence, Lydia Furnari has been serving as interim superintendent.
