Newton Resident Pleads Guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Heroin

A Newton resident pled guilty to several charges, including driving under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance on Monday, March 18. According to the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office, Dion Osborne admitted to being in possession of and under the influence of heroin while driving on October 16, 2018 in Wantage Township.

The 37-year-old also pled guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and a motor vehicle offense. His sentencing is set for May 3, 2019.
