A Hamburg man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after he threw litter out of a car window. According to the New Jersey Herald, a Sparta officer saw a passenger, Jesse Mann, throw litter out of a white Acura a little after 10am on Saturday, March 30.
The officer stopped the vehicle and ran the Mann's credentials. Mann was reportedly issued a summons for littering and arrested on a $500 warrant out of Hardyston. The 28-year-old was released after being given a new date from Hardyston on the warrant and being advised of a court appearance.
