A Newton man was arrested after allegedly putting a hidden camera in a home to film a minor in the shower. According to the New Jersey Herald, Joseph E. Rebisz was arrested on Saturday and will remain in the Sussex County jail pending a hearing.

An unnamed complainant allegedly found a small blue cube that appeared to be a camera pointed toward the shower stall in his bathroom. He then confronted Rebisz, who takes care of the homeowner's dogs, because he was the only other person with a key to the home.

The 56-year-old reportedly admitted to police that the camera was his and said he put it in the bathroom to watch a 13-year-old in the shower. He's facing charges that include second-degree criminal attempt/endangering by photographing or filming a child in a prohibited sexual act or in the simulation of such an act.
