The former treasurer of the Wallkill Valley Youth Football and Cheerleading program will have her charge of third-degree theft heard by a grand jury for possible indictment. According to the New Jersey Herald, Justine Lynn is accused of stealing over $15,000 from the group.

The 41-year-old Franklin resident was arrested in January after two members of the organization's board of directors reported several unauthorized transactions made to the program's accounts. Lynn reportedly admitted to using the funds for "her own personal bills and credit accounts."
