A Frankford woman was charged with driving while under the influence after allegedly striking a vehicle and fleeing the scene. According to the New Jersey Herald, Diana Seserman was driving a red Pontiac just after 2 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, when she hit a red sedan in Jefferson.
She reportedly fled the scene but the driver of the sedan was able to provide officers with the vehicle's location. When police arrived they saw smoke coming out from under the hood of the Pontiac and Seserman allegedly acknowledged being in an accident and fleeing the scene.
After failing filed sobriety tests, the 24-year-old was arrested and brought to police headquarters for processing.
