Any charges that might be filed against the driver of the fatal May 11 crash in Fredon will be kept confidential. According to the New Jersey Herald, details won't be made public due to the driver's age and rules governing juveniles.
The crash claimed the life of Alexis Faye, 17 and injured Anthony Burke, 17, Maria Fiore, 16, and Nicholas Chavarria, 17.
First Assistant Prosecutor Gregory Mueller told the New Jersey Herald that authorities were looking at the driver's license held by Burke and information from a "black box" device in the car that records how the vehicle is driven, speed, and more.
