Two People Seriously Injured in Montague Crash on Saturday

Two 23-year-olds were seriously injured after a car crashed into a utility pole and tree in Montague on Saturday. According to the New Jersey Herald, the single-vehicle collision occurred around 7 p.m. on Route 521 and the highway was closed for about four hours following the crash while investigators documented the scene.

Aaron Haag and Shelby Steinlage, the driver and passenger respectively, were reportedly taken to Morristown Medical Center via medical helicopter with serious injuries.
