The Seeing Eye of Morristown is offering a $500 reward for help finding a 14-month-old German Shepherd puppy that was training to be a seeing eye dog. According to the New Jersey Herald, the dog disappeared on Monday after bolting through the screen door of Patrick Hanson's Lake Neepaulin home in Wantage.

The black and tan puppy, named Ondrea, was reportedly wearing a flat collar with The Seeing Eye patch on it when she disappeared, has a number tattoo on her right ear, and is microchipped.

The Director of Canine Development for The Seeing Eye told the New Jersey that if Ondrea is spotted, it's best to call out her name (pronounced "On-dree-ah") and avoid approaching or chasing.

Anyone who sees Ondrea should call The Seeing Eye at 973-539-4425.
