The Seeing Eye of Morristown is now offering a $5,000 reward for a 14-month-old German Shepherd puppy that was training to be a seeing eye dog and went missing two weeks ago. According to NJ.com, it's the largest reward The Seeing Eye has ever offered in its 90-year history. The organization previously offered a $500 reward for help finding the dog, named Ondrea.

The black and tan puppy disappeared on June 24 after bolting through the screen door of a Lake Neepaulin home in Wantage. Ondrea was reportedly wearing a flat collar with The Seeing Eye patch on it when she disappeared, has a number tattoo on her right ear, and is microchipped.

Anyone who sees Ondrea should call The Seeing Eye tip line at 973-525-1084.
