The state of New Jersey wants accused Vernon dump site operator Joseph Wallace to be fined and his assets frozen. According to the New Jersey Herald, Wallace has not yet given documentation of the waste on his property which is one of several things he was ordered to do back in March.

Now the state reportedly wants a judge to appoint a special agent or receiver with the power to identify and freeze the assets and bank accounts. They also want him fined up to $150,000 per day for violations of the Solid Waste Management Act and Water Pollution Control Act until he provides the requested documentation.
