Twenty workers and nine inmates at Morris County Correctional Facility have tested positive for COVID-19. According to the New Jersey Herald, the jail has been placed on lock-down and one of the corrections officers that tested positive has made a full recovery and since returned to work.
Every inmate that has tested positive is reportedly in stable condition and they're being treated in housing units designed for medical isolation. The COVID-19 cases reportedly reflect about 10% of the correctional staff and 6.3% of the inmate population,
