Vernon Township's Lounsberry Hollow School has closed for two weeks after a second case of COVID-19 was identified. According to the district, a faculty member at the school tested positive today and since it is the second case in 14 days and a clear connection between the two cases could not be easily identified, the school will be going virtual.

No students were reportedly in close contact with the faculty member and any staff that may have been in close contact has been identified and instructed to quarantine.
