A Sussex County dentist is facing up to three years in prison and a $250,000 fine for tax fraud. According to NJ.com, Richard Golembioski admitted to filing a fraudulent tax return in 2012 and failing to report over $114,000 in income from his practice in Vernon on his 2013 to 2016 tax returns.
On Wednesday the 61-year-old plead guilty to one count of making and subscribing to a false tax return. His sentencing is set for March 8th.
