I had so much fun working with Barbara a couple of months ago, we were very much looking forward to kicking off the New Year training with her. Barbara is great at showing modifications, so even if you can't do the expert level of burpies, planks, push ups, etc, you can still get in a great beginner work out. My workout was at times very entertaining and humbling. I have NO core strength whatsoever! I am proud that the ten push up attempt was a success. This was a terrific reminder that I need to keep rebuilding strength in my left wrist that I fractured just over a year ago. It's going to be a process. I love to point out, if even Steve Allan can do this work out below, you can too!
