Let's Help My Pet Of The Week, Dusty!

Awh poor Dusty! He's such a sweet boy. You can fill out your adoption questionnaire with my friends at Father John's Animal House by clicking here. You can see his full bio from them below.

Sometimes, the animals who have been through the most trauma are the ones who keep persevering and remind us to smile even through the tough times. Dusty is that cat. Our big boy (20 lbs!) Dusty was found abandoned in his carrier on a busy 287 highway exit. He's lucky that someone noticed and Animal Control was able to pick him up. Sadly, it seems that he truly was dumped, as he was never claimed - which is why he's now with us to find his forever home! Dusty was not in the best condition when he was found, but thanks to the town shelter that took him in he's already doing so much better! He absolutely loves everyone! We think he'd do great in most homes - he just needs help on his weight loss journey (so no dry food, but extra play time!). Dusty deserves a forever home where he'll never know fear again.
