The Annual American Consumer Satisfaction Index annual report on the airline industry just came out. The report is based on thousands of customer interviews over the last 12 months. Passenger satisfaction is up a bit from last year. Airlines got poor marks for seat comfort and not so great scores for in flight services like drinks, food, movies and music. Here's how the airlines were ranked in the report.
