You've probably been dipping into the candy you bought for the kids who'll visit today for a while now. It's OK, registered dietician Keri Glassman says you should not feel guilty about it. Candy and sweet treats have been everywhere and it's just what happens.
Now here are three things you can do to recover from the sugar high and crash that follows.
1. Don't skip breakfast. Make sure it's a low sugar breakfast like eggs and avocados.
2. Eat fish, raw nuts and veggies. The fiber will clean you out and the proteins will make you feel full longer.
3. Drink even more water
