The extra hour of sleep this weekend was nice. If you were able to get it. Now it's time to deal with the real consequence of turning our clocks back. It's dark before most of us leave work. There's still a lot to do and it feels like night time. Here are some things you can do to stay focused.
1. Get moving-get up and walk around. Stretch and get away from your desk for an instant pick me up.
2. Put on some tunes. Listening to music can give your brain a little break.
3. Embrace a comfort mode. Dim the computer light, make a cup of coffee or tea. Wrap yourself in a comfortable sweater or blanket. Make yourself a little more comfortable the last hour or two.
4. Do the easiest stuff last. When the sun goes down you'll feel good knowing the hard part of the day is behind you.
