My 5 pictures this weekend actually cover the 4 day Thanksgiving weekend which just flew by. This Thanksgiving we broke our family tradition of more than 20 years and went to my daughter's boyfriends home for Thanksgiving dinner. As you can see the table and dinner were beautiful. I still haven't decided if it's better to drive 6 hours round trip and not have to cook or stay home and do the cooking and let other people drive to me.
My grand daughter Gracie provided some comedy this weekend including trying on everyone else's shoes including mine. I think that's something every toddler does but it's still funny every time.
Then when we got home it was time to catch up on some chores. I organized my bedroom closet. Which turned out to be one of the highlights of my weekend because a found a tie my son bought me a year ago. It will look great with my pink shirt and gray suit when I finally get a chance to wear it.
I was at Nielson Chevrolet in Dover on Saturday to help give out 10 Thousand dollars. Congratulations to fellow Pennsylvanian Carl Nelie from Milford.
The rest of my weekend was spent doing a much needed fall clean up outside my house. The leaves under the Cherry Blossom tree are raked away and my front lawn is mowed. Hopefully, for the last time in 2017. Now I'm ready to decorate for Christmas next weekend.
