I knew this weekend was going to be a busy one and it was. Friday night my waterbed mattress started to leak. Early Saturday Morning we drained it. While I shop around for a new mattress my bed will be the couch. On Saturday morning my daughter's boyfriend power washed my house. I've never power washed my house before. It came out great. Then I got a haircut.
One of the weekends cutest pictures is my grand daughter Gracie inside my coffee table. We take off the glass cover when she visits. Now she has made the inside of the coffee table her area to eat, sit and relax.
Saturday evening I was a Franklin Sussex Auto Mall helping my friends there give away a new 2018 Jeep Compass. We had a blast. The young man who won the car turned out to be someone I've known since he was 7 years old. Frank Schoonover grew up in Hamburg and played on my son Matt's little league team. I'm so happy for Frank and his fiancee. While back at my house on Saturday my grand daughter Gracie dyed Easter Eggs with Daddy, mommy, Uncle Matt and Aunt Jess.
On Easter Sunday I went to church and sang a beautiful hymn called: Because he lives." I made a few lines from the song part of my Facebook Easter Greeting. Miss Gracie celebrated Easter Morning at grandpa's house. She had the most fun digging out the mini chocolate eggs from the grass in her basket. The Easter outfit my daughter picked out for her was adorable. Easter Dinner was rib roast. I bought a big one on sale with a coupon. This week we'll have plenty of left overs.
