Tow truck driver Anthony Archibald of Hopatcong was driving on Route 280 in Morris just after 3 o'clock Sunday morning. He was hoping to earn a little extra cash helping drivers who might have broken down on the cold rainy night. Instead he came within inches of having a serious accident himself. His truck's dash cam video clearly shows another vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed going in the wrong direction. Archibald was in the right lane the driver going in the wrong direction was in the left lane with his high beams on. Right after the near miss Archibald pulled over and alerted the New Jersey State Police. Who confirmed there was a drunk driving arrest on Route 80 early Sunday morning. Although they could not confirm it was the same driver seen on the dash cam video.
