Suspected killer could be hiding in the Poconos

Pennsylvania State Police say a man seen walking along railroad tracks in East Stroudsburg Sunday afternoon is most likely Peter Manfredonia. A 23 year old University of Connecticut student suspected of murdering two men in Connecticut over the weekend. He then stole one of his victim's guns and kidnapped his girlfriend. Driving her car all the way to Knowlton in Warren County. Where he left the woman unharmed. From there police believe Manfredonia managed to get an Uber to take him to the Walmart in East Stroudsburg. Where he was later spotted on the railroad tracks carrying a duffel bag. Which could contain the stolen guns. Pennsylvania State Police believe Manfredonia might now be driving a black Hynudai Sante Fe which was reported stolen near where he was last seen. Yesterday police were reportedly going door to door in parts of Dingman's Ferry and Milford to warn residents. The crime spree began on Friday when Manfredonia's motorcycle broke down near Willington, Connecticut. Where allegedly attacked a man on an ATV with a machete. Killing 62 year old Ted DeMers and injuring another man who tried to help him. Early Sunday morning Manfredonia allegedly shot and killed 23 year old Nick Eisele. A man he knew from school. Then stole Eisele's guns and kidnapped his girlfriend. Police say Manfredonia should be considered armed and dangerous. If you see him please call the Connecticut State Police 860-896-3200 or the F.B.I. 1-800-CALLFBI.
