I love cheeseburgers and French fries. When I'm hungry it's really hard to just drive past a McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's. When I was younger it didn't really matter but now it does. My doctor wants me to eat healthier and my recent blood work confirms that I should be doing that. I'll bet many of you are in the same situation I'm in. So the next time you decide to treat yourself it can be reasonable. 1) 4 piece chicken McNugget happy meal with apple slices 185 calories 2) Egg McMuffin 300 calories 3) Cheeseburger 300 calories 4) Fruit and Maple oatmeal 320 calories 5) Sausage Burrito and apple slices 325 calories 6) McChicken sandwich 400 calories 7) 6 piece chicken McNugget happy meal 475 calories. The most surprising thing I see here is that a cheeseburger has fewer calories than a McChicken. I wonder how much lower the calories would be if the sandwiches were served on healthy bread?
