The Sussex County Commissioners have asked their lawyer to write a letter to State Attorney General Andrew Bruck to request "up to date" information about his investigation into the tragic COVID 19 deaths at Andover Sub Acute back in April of 2020. The board wants the Attorney General to honor all of their records requests under the Open Public Records Act. In an e-mail Samantha Gabrielle an assistant to the Board of Commissioners says after investigating for one year there has been "no news" and the Murphy Administration is "stonewalling" on requests made under the Open Public Records Act. A formal letter to the Attorney General will be presented to the commissioners at their meeting this Wednesday.
