The New Jersey State Police and Attorney General's Office have announced charges against two juveniles who allegedly set a fire in a drainage tunnel under the Garden State Parkway last week. The fire closed the highway for more than 10 hours in Ocean County last Wednesday as firefighters opened man holes to shoot foam into a drainage culvert. Engineers say the cost to repair the damage from the fire could exceed $3 Million. The names of the juveniles were not released because they are under 18.
