Last night on News 12 New Jersey's "Ask the Governor" Program Governor Phil Murphy announced he had just signed an executive order to protect consumers from baby formula price gouging. The order stops retail stores in New Jersey from charging more than 10 percent over the cost of the formula. Violators will be prosecuted under New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act. On the show Murphy said: "It's going to be a tough situation here for a period of time and we just want folks to know we're here for them."
