Dr. Anne-Marie Imafidon has come up with a formula for a morning routine to wake up ready to go everyday. She is basing the formula on a survey of 2 Thousand people. Dr. Imafidon is the head scientist at the British Science Association. The poll found the ideal time to wake up is 6:44 AM. Then get out of bed at 7:12 AM. After that your routine should move along in this order: Shower for 10 minutes. Take 18 minutes for breakfast and then 21 minutes for exercise. According to the Dr's formula setting aside at least 37 minutes for your morning routine is the key. So the key number here is 37. Which actually is pretty close to how long my morning routine is. I'm up at 3 AM. Then on the road by 3:40. Honestly, the key to my morning routine is COFFEE! I didn't get into the details of the formula here because I was baffled by 11th grade math in high school.
