As Governor Murphy and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection continue to deny a connection with underwater surveys being done to build more wind turbines. Eight more marine mammals have died at the New Jersey shore. This time it was dolphins washing ashore in Sea Isle City yesterday. As of 1PM two of them were already dead. Local residents desperately tried to save the other six dolphins by covering them with towels and pouring buckets of water over them to no avail. Veterinarians from the Marine Mammal Stranding Center examined the dolphins early in the afternoon. They made the determination to euthanize the surviving dolphins because their condition was "rapidly deteriorating." Two Republican New Jersey Congressman are now hosting hearings in Wildwood to investigate what is going on. Chris Smith and Jeff Van Drew heard from several environmental groups who are urging state officials to stop any additional off shore wind projects.
