An 18 year old man is facing serious charges after entering the Franklin Walmart in Sussex County and shooting "gel like projectiles" at customers and store employees. A press release from the Franklin Borough police from yesterday says Nicholas Sacerdote of Hardyston fired the projectiles from an "imitation fireman" on Monday March 21st. One Walmart employee was injured. Sacerdote is facing several charges. The most serious of which is aggravated assault. He has been released with a future date to appear in Sussex County Superior Court.
