An 11 year old girl was lured into a car on an Asbury Park street over the weekend. Then managed to escape at a gas station after telling the driver she needed to use the bathroom. Police allege 29 year old Raquan Folk drove the girl to Neptune Township. Where he asked her to remove her clothes. She did not comply with his request. Instead she asked him to pull over so she could use the bathroom. She fled at the gas station and flagged down a passing driver for help. Folk was arrested two days later and is facing numerous charges. He is being held in the Monmouth County Jail. I guess it's still important to remind your kids to never ever get into a car with a stranger.
