Tyson Foods has announced a recall of 30,000 pounds of chicken nuggets after fragments of metal were found in several packages. One minor oral injury has been reported. The company says it notified the FDA after several people who purchased the chicken nuggets called to complain. The FDA and Tyson say specifically the following product is subject to the recall: "29 ounce packages of Tyson Fully Cooked Fun Nuggets Breaded Shaped Chicken Patties. The packages have a best if used by date of September 4th 2024. If you think you might have purchased the product look on the back of the package for the establishment number P-7211. The nuggets were produced at one facility and distributed to 9 states.
