A Hunterdon County Farmer was just honored for developing a seed that grew the world's tallest sunflower. It was West Amwell farmer Brian Moore's seed that grew a sunflower 35 feet 9 inches tall in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Farmer Alex Babich grew the giant sunflower back in 2014. It even had a name "Clover." The Hunterdon County Commissioners recognized Moore at their regular meeting this month. Sunflowers are so cool.
