Pennsylvania State Police are investigating medical neglect at Belle Reeve Senior Living in Milford. Their investigation started after an anonymous tip. The facility cares for 83 residents. All residents were checked on Tuesday and 15 were taken to local hospitals for additional evaluation. Police said as of now there are "no known unmet needs" as their investigation continues.
