A winter weather advisory has been issued for Sussex, Warren, and Morris counties ahead of hazardous weather that's expected to bring freezing rain to the region. According to the National Weather Service, the advisory goes into effect at 8pm tonight and lasts until 10am on Thursday.
They're predicting ice accumulation up to two-tenths of an inch in northwest New Jersey and east central and northeast Pennsylvania which could impact the morning commute. They encourage everyone to slow down while driving and prepare for possible power outages.
