Women's health and a nutritionist is giving us some terrific tips on how we can recharge. Perfect timing with so much happening right now. Everyone is running around having events, taking kids to practices nonstop, and more. Awesome Girlfriend Megan and I are trying to get back into our remote yoga dates, which helps us recharge for sure. Some of these tips, such as establishing a consistent night time routine, are more doable than others, such as swimming in the ocean more.
