Byrdie has a list of 5 bad habits that are hurting your health and happiness. I definitely agree with not pressuring yourself with New Year's Resolutions, those can be unrealistic and too long to maintain long term. If it's a different goal like mine last year (and now that I'm rehabbing my back,) to run in 5K races, then I find it's easier to focus on the process to follow those goals. I disagree with their stance on scheduling too much time for a workout, they think it's too much pressure --- I think the more me time we can get the better!
