Back problems have been causing me an enormous amount of trouble over the past year. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to run, and that's one of my favorite things. With help of deep tissue massage, chiropracting, stretching/breathing, magnesium pills, electric zappers, and ESPECIALLY the help of Awesome Girlfriend Megan stretching and elbowing me, I will now try Yoga. I've had friends tell me this has helped them with their back issues too once they got to a certain level. I'm hopeful to be at that level --- hey, me trying Yoga, #WhatCanPossiblyGoWrong?
