Foods That Really Help Us De-Stress!

They have come out with a list of foods that can really help us de-stress, and unfortunately kale has made this list too.  UGH.  I'm going to have to break down and try kale one of these days.  At least dark chocolate made the list too!  You can see the rest of it by clicking here.  I'm adding red wine to the list!
