Tips That Can Help Us Drink More Water

I LOVE drinking!  Water and tea nonstop all day, then a good wine or beer at night.  I drink approximately a gallon of water every single day and LOVE it.  TMI alert --- do I have to pee every 45-60 minutes like clockwork?  You bet!  Studies have shown that drinking ice cold water can speed up your metabolism so much, that it's almost like drinking -25 calories.  That's right, not 0, but -25!  We'll take that right?  In addition to your skin benefits and so many other factors which you can see by clicking here.
