This one is rather confusing, my apologies in advance!!! It appears that NJ Senate has passed a bill trying to work around the new tax plan. We have the highest property taxes in our nation. Remember how so many scrambled to pay property taxes before the $10,000 cap? They're trying to alleviate the problem, but would also need help from the IRS.
